Shipping/Returns and Policies

SECURITY AND ORDERING:
Laura J. Designs utilizes a secured method of payment via Paypal and we can assure you that your information will be absolutely private. If you are uncomfortable paying online with a credit card, a check can be mailed, or you may call us with payment information. All Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax.

SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for arrival because all jewelry is handmade. Please contact us if you need a rush order at orders@laurajdesigns.net. There will be a flat rate fee of $5 for all shipments made within the US.

RETURNS:
If for any reason at all you should be unsatisfied with our merchandise, we will be happy to exchange or refund your product. The item/s must be unworn and returned to us within 10 days. Please be sure to insure return shipments due to the fact that we can not apply credit/exchanges if the jewelry is lost or damaged. If you receive the jewelry and it is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail us and return the package immediately. You may send returns to :
